CCORAL - our own bespoke labelling solution
The Country Choice Online Recipe and Labelling solution (CCORAL) consists of a live, cloud-based recipe management database of Country Choice products, ingredients and allergens which is synchronised over the internet to our in-store thermal label printer.

Our recipe management database holds up-to-date product information to create labels for your prepared in-store bakery and food-to-go wrapped items.
It is a legal requirement for all pre-packed for direct sale foods to be clearly labelled with:
- The name of the food
- A full ingredient list with the 14 declarable allergens clearly emphasised on the ingredients list when present
CCORAL is an end-to-end solution enabling your operation to comply with Natasha’s Law which came into force on 1st Oct 2021 and is designed to further protect allergy suffers (scroll down to find out more).
What's Included?
CCORAL is available on a subscription basis and includes access to our recipe management database and an internet-enabled SATO in-store printer, supplied with a five-year warranty. Training and ongoing support is provided as part of your subscription. The subscription is a cost of doing business and is tax deductible for the customer.
Labels are purchased separately as part of your normal Country Choice order and delivery.
It is important to remember that the labels produced by our CCORAL solution can only be used for products that are supplied by Country Choice. You must also ensure your SATO label printer is regularly updated with the latest Country Choice recipe database.
