Ambient Pastries

‘Ambient’ savouries are baked as normal then allowed to cool before packing and labelling. Products can be displayed for 12 hours from baking ensuring you have good availability throughout the day.

Unlike other pies or pasties, Ambient Pastries can be stored at room temperature, without compromising quality or safety.
