This product is fully baked. Remove required amount from the outer case and allow to thaw for 2-3 hours. Do not display until fully thawed. When displaying product you are required to apply a best before date to each product. This should be calculated from the day of defrost plus a shelflife of 14 days. Shelf life once defrosted : Wrapped 14 days, Unwrapped 3 days.
