Microwave Cooking Instructions
MICROWAVE GUIDELINES - Gently massage pouch to break up the egg, and pierce. Microwave pouch on a high setting in a 1.8kw oven for approximately 2 minutes. Remove and massage again before returning to cook for a further 2 minutes. Leave for 1 minute prior to opening. Take care to avoid escaping steam.
Steam Instructions
STEAMING GUIDELINES - Gently massage pouch to break up the egg. place pouch on oven tray in a pre heated steamer for 35-40 minute with 100% steam. Remove, massage and leave for 1 minute. Take care to avoid excaping steam.
Other Cooking Instructions
Boil Instruction - Simmer for 25minutes approximately.
