Handling instructions
Allow to thaw in a refrigerator at +1°C to +5°C for approximately 12 hours. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours. Do not refreeze after thawing.

Cooking times may vary. This is a raw product and must be cooked throughout to a minimum temperature of 75°C for 30 seconds or equivalent (or apply relevant national requirement).

OVEN COOKING GUIDELINES FROM DEFROST Place on an oiled baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven at 180°C/ Gas mark 5 for approximately 4 minutes, turn over and cook for a further 4 minutes OVEN COOKING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN Place on an oiled baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven at 180°C/ Gas mark 5 for approximately 11 minutes, turn over and cook for a further 11 minutes
Pan Fry Instructions
SHALLOW FRYING GUIDELINES FROM DEFROST Pan fry in oil for 1 minute turning until an even golden brown colouring then oven on 180°c for 5-10mins SHALLOW FRYING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN Brush in a little oil then pan fry for 2-3mins on a medium heat on both sides before placing in the oven at 180°c for approx 5mins
Grill Instructions
GRILLING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN Brush in a little oil then Chargrill for approx 5-6mins on both sides turning at regular intervals to achieve an even colour
