OVEN COOKING GUIDELINES FROM FROZENPlace product on a baking tray in the middle of a pre-heated fan assisted oven at 200°C/ Gas mark 6 * for approximately 17-19 minutes.
Microwave Cooking Instructions
Place 6 wings on a plate and cover with microwaveable film.Microwave on a high setting in a 1.3kW oven for approximately 2 minutes 10 seconds to 2 minutes 30 seconds.
