Food Safety Tips
Store at Ambient Temperature. Pourable above 15°C. Due to the natural properties of the oil, Prep ZTR may solidify at temperatures below 15°C. If the product has solidified, store above 20°C until the product is pourable. This will not affect the quality or fry life of the product.
