HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS: Suitable for cooking, baking, frying and salad dressings. FRYING TIPS: • Keep oil free from any debris and crumbs. Strain oil regularly to remove any debris which may have sunk to the bottom. • Avoid adding excess water to oil. • When renewing oil, clean and dry fryer. • Turn the fryer down when not in use. • Cover the oil when not in use. • Renew oil after every 12 uses or at least once every 6 months. SAFETY TIPS: • Transport and store in an upright position. • Smoke Point: 220°C, Flash Point: 320°C. • Allow oil to cool before returning to container.
